Shipping
We offer free shipping for all purchases over $100 within Australia. Purchase under $100 will have a standard shipping fee of $10 Australian-wide.
Exchange and Return
We offer free returns for 30 days from date of purchase, given the item is unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
We will not accept return if the item has visible sign of damage, wear or use. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Go to our website and write us a message under the “Contact” section. Make sure you put “exchange or return an item” in the subject line.
Once you have submitted your request, we will be in touch within 1-2 business days. You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email once your contact details are confirmed.
Print your prepaid return label and attach it to your return parcel. Ensure you don't cover the barcode with any sticky tape. If you don’t have a printer, take note of the RQA number on your label or show the label at any Post Office and they can print it for you.
Drop off your return parcel at any Australia Post office or red post box.
Your exchange or refund request will be processed once we have received the returned item in its satisfactory condition.
